1.Product Introduction Of The PP Super Mute Pipe Line

Production line composition:

·Extrusion system: Equipped with high efficiency extruders, usually bimetal screws, to improve extrusion efficiency and equipment life. Some production lines use three-layer co-extrusion technology, in which at least two extruders work together to extrude the inner, middle and outer layers respectively.

· Mold system: The adjustable composite co-extrusion mold can quickly and evenly compound three layers of melt, and the thickness of each layer can be adjusted without adjusting the speed of the extruder.

Sizing and cooling system: sizing and cooling the extruded pipe to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the pipe.

· Traction cutting system: including a tractor and a cutting machine, the tractor pulls the pipe at a stable speed, and the cutting machine automatically cuts the pipe according to the set length. Specially designed chip-free cutting machine ensures smooth cutting surface and roundness of pipe.

· Control system: Siemens PLC control system is generally adopted to synchronously control all parts of the production line to ensure reliable operation.

Features:

· Good sound insulation performance: Special sound insulation materials are added to the middle layer to absorb sound waves and prevent sound diffusion. The noise reduction effect is better than cast iron pipes and UPVC drainage pipes, and the indoor water drop noise is less than 45dBE.

· Strong corrosion resistance: the inner layer can resist the acidic pH2 and the alkaline pH12 environment.

· High temperature resistance: can withstand 95℃ high temperature.

· Other advantages: light weight, non-toxic, anti-aging, high resistance, and good bending fatigue resistance, high temperature

Lower deformation is small.
