Process flow
1. Raw material preparation: high-quality PMMA particles are selected and dried to ensure that the water content of raw materials meets the requirements.
2. Melt extrusion: the dried PMMA particles are added to the extruder, heated and plasticized to form a uniform melt through the mold extrusion molding.
3. Cooling and shaping: After forming the pipe into the cooling system through water or air cooling, solidifying the shape.
4. Traction cutting: the traction machine will pull the pipe to a certain length, and the cutting machine will automatically cut according to the set length.
5. Quality inspection: the size, appearance and performance of the finished pipe are tested to ensure product quality.
6. Winding and packaging: the qualified pipe is winding or packaging for storage or delivery.
