1.Product Description

Conical twin-screw extruder: Taking the SJSZ60/125 model as an example, the screw diameter is 60/125mm, the main motor power is 30kW, and the output is 200kg/h. It is responsible for the melting and plasticizing of raw materials and their transportation.

Five-roll calender: L-shaped roller arrangement (5 rollers), roller size 300×860mm (main roller), heated by oil, line speed 2.5m/min, capable of producing sheet materials ranging from 0.12 to 1.5mm in thickness, main motor power 22kW.

Auxiliary equipment: Includes vacuum shaping table (cools and shapes the sheet materials, improves surface smoothness), double-track traction machine (variable frequency speed regulation to ensure stable traction), automatic stacking machine (saves manpower and enables orderly stacking) and so on.

Automation and Precision Control: An independent roller temperature control system is adopted, and the thickness of the sheet is adjusted in both directions by the screw. Some equipment is equipped with a PLC control system to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet (error ≤ ±0.02mm).

Materials and Durability: The screw is made of nitrided steel (38CrMoALA), which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, thereby extending the service life; the flow surface of the die head is plated with hard chromium to enhance the glossiness of the product surface.

Environmental Design: Some units are equipped with a built-in circulating cooling system, enabling "zero water discharge from the main unit", thereby reducing environmental pollution.
