Technological process of PVC Large Diameter Drianage Pipe Production Line:
1. Mix the raw materials, including PVC stabilizer, plasticizer and antioxidant. Chemical agents and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer in proportion. After the materials are heated to the set temperature, they are cooled down to 40-50 degrees by the cold mixer.
2. Extrusion molding, The mixture enters the extruder, where it is plasticized and melted under the action of the screw, and then formed into a tubular shape through the die head.
3. Vacuum sizing and cooling, The pipe enters the vacuum sizing water tank. Through the action of vacuum adsorption and cooling water, it is shaped and cooled to the required size and shape.
4. Traction and cutting, After shaping, the pipe is continuously drawn out by the traction machine, and the cutting machine automatically cuts according to the set length.
5. Stacking and Packaging, The cut pipes are sorted and stacked by the stacking device and then packaged.
