MPP cable protection sleeve production line mainly includes the following mechanical equipment:
1. Extruder
Single screw extruder: Equipped with high-speed MPP special power tube screw, plasticization stability, using Siemens motor and Japan RKC temperature control meter, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the production process.
· Twin screw extruder: conical twin screw design, suitable for MPP material mixing and plasticizing, improve production efficiency and product quality.
2. Mold
· Customized according to user needs, professional CNC machining, can be more. Change the mold of different pipe diameters to adapt to the production of various specifications.
3. Cool the device
· Vacuum shaped cooling box: made of stainless steel plate, equipped with famous brand water pump and vacuum pump, cooling pipe through spray head to ensure product size stability.
Cooling water tank: used to further cool the shaped pipe to ensure that the product reaches the required hardness and shape.
4. Tractor
· Rubber block traction and three-claw track design are adopted to prevent slippage, frequency conversion speed regulation, and ensure stable traction of the pipe in the production process.
5. Cutting machine
· Using ring cutting technology, no dust, precise cutting without burr, to ensure the cutting quality of the pipe.
6. Other auxiliary equipment
· Feeding system: multi-group weighing feeding system to ensure accurate ratio of raw materials and continuous supply.
· Winding machine: automatic winding machine, used for winding and packaging of finished pipes, improve production efficiency.
· Stacking rack: used for temporary stacking of finished pipes to facilitate subsequent inspection and packaging.
