· Extruder: High-speed and efficient single-screw extruders, such as SJ65/28 models, are usually adopted to ensure the plasticization quality and output of the material. The screw diameter and extrusion diameter are determined according to production requirements, such as 65mm, etc.

· Steel wire forming machine: A specially designed steel wire spring winding machine that can evenly embed spiral steel wires, ensuring uniform steel wire distribution and a long continuous production time.

· Mold: The compound mold is used for forming hoses. The specially designed pipe die head can make the produced pipes have high transparency, uniform steel wire distribution, and the length can be set.

· Cooling water tank: It is used to cool and shape the extruded formed hose to ensure the stability of the hose size.

· Traction machine: The traction machine plays a bridging role, ensuring the continuity of production. Its multi-speed regulation function can adapt to different production stages and process requirements. For example, a low traction speed is adopted during the pipe start-up stage, and a high speed is switched during the stable production stage. The speed regulation range is generally 1 to 10 meters per minute, or even wider.

· Cutting machine: Automatically cuts the hose according to the set length, with high cutting accuracy and smooth cut edges.
